ADP Workforce Implementation
The service begins with an implementation plan that sets goals and timelines while assigning ownership. Before kickoff, Ignite HCM meets with the client and the ADP implementation team to confirm the modules in scope, required materials, and expected go-live results. This early preparation helps expose missing decisions before they delay the project.
During implementation, Ignite HCM can act as the client-side project manager and complete up to 90% of the client responsibilities. Its consultants attend status meetings, coordinate stakeholders, track deliverables, and help keep the ADP Workforce Now setup aligned with the organization’s payroll and HR needs.
Before handoff, the team reviews whether project goals were met, assigns ownership for unfinished work, and documents system maintenance. Ignite HCM also schedules a six-month checkup to review progress after launch. It reduces the risk of partial system adoption.
This approach gives busy HR and payroll teams experienced implementation support while keeping project decisions and business requirements visible throughout the project.
